The cooler weather is generally pretty welcome by the time fall rolls around in Charlotte. There are so many things that you touch on a daily basis that have the potential to be covered in germs that cause the flu. Elevator buttons, door handles, office equipment, shopping carts, and stair handrails can all be harboring viruses and bacteria that are just waiting to make you sick.

Get a Good Night’s Sleep

Plus, kids between the ages of 14 and 17 usually do better if they are allowed to sleep in a little in the mornings because it fits better with their circadian rhythms at that age.
